The Indian High Commission in Sri Lanka has responded to remarks in a recent article by the Chinese ambassador to Sri Lanka, on the militarization of Taiwan Straits and visit of China’s Yuan Wang 5 ship to Hambantota.
A spokesman of the Indian High Commission has stated, “His violation of basic diplomatic etiquette may be a personal trait or reflecting a larger national attitude.”
